When I was diagnosed with diabetes. I felt overwhelmed, afraid, and confused. I didn't understand what was happening in my body, and I worried about what my future would look like.
I was given information, but not clarity.

So I started learning. I studied, experimented, changed my habits, and rebuilt my health one step at a time.

Over the years, I lost more than 80 pounds, stabilized my blood sugar, transformed my lifestyle, and was eventually released from endocrinology care through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Today, I help others move beyond confusion so they can better understand their health and make confident decisions for their future.
